yes, although how and if it works is depends on your os, queue type, and release. I don't believe you can do it for iSeries for native iSeries queues in any release using the EOne interface.

yes - you can update the queue name on Oracle or SQL server in SQL.

On AS/400 you can change the queue in Work with Queues.

You can move from queue to queue with work with submitted jobs detail, if it is an EOne queue, you have the right ESUs, and right release for queue kernel as well.
