waiting status in printing

Hi everyone, i'm having problems on the printing, the Enterprise One is taking an unusual long time to pull up and print. the item being printed is on W (waiting status). I have restarted the printer and the workstation but it did not hel..what seems to be causing the error? thanks!

Status 'W' in the Work with Submitted Jobs application means that it is waiting to execute. There will be nothing to print if the job has not run.
