All,
Part of my user base has been moved to a separate domain. As a result, they are no longer able to send emails via Workflow. The fully qualified domain name has been added to their local .ini file. They are still unable to send emails though. The debug logs state, "4060/3688 (GENTEXT)Leaving JDE_SendEMailSMTP with return code value: <24> Leaving JDE_SendEMailSMTP with an error return code : <24>"

I have a feeling that JDE is not capable of working across domains in this way. This may be a limit to Exchange and Active directory but with that said, has anyone here worked with this particular scenario?

Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.

That was very helpful OORPG. Now I can go to my boss and tell him everything is going to be A-OKAY.

Did the SMTP Mail Server change to the new domain also?

Did you try changing the JDE.INI Mail Settings under JDEMAIL to the new domain?

The smtp server name has been changed to the approriate name in the .ini file. I'll try changing the domain name in the rest of the stanza and test it.
