Cannot Blank Out URDT field in F4211

Having a problem blanking out a value in user defined field URDT in F4211. At order entry, the field can be left blank. And if updated with a date later, the date can be modified to another date. But the field cannot be blanked out again once a date has been entered. Another user defined field in F4211, URRF, does not have this issue. Any thoughts?

You should check the data dictionary - mine currently does not have the "Allow Blank Entry" check box checked.

This could be your issue - but then this might not be appropriate for everywhere you might be using this field.

You should be able to override that in the application.
