i am getting the following error message where my favorites should be located when I log in via the web.

I know its some kind of Java generated message but am not sure why it is appearing. Has anyone seen this before. I originally thought it was caused by existing old favorites in a previous version not being supported (links) in the new (XE - 8.12).
