Inquiry error msg in other users Work Center

For support purpose I would like to be able to look at the error msg the users have received in their Work Center.
Is there a program for this ?

From the Work Center program, take the form exit for Employee Mailboxes. Locate the user's address book record and select and you're there.

Use application P012501 or P012503 depending on the E1 release.

I've found the solution which works only with a given form : P012503 associated with form W012503J (of course the security must also be set up accordingly)
