Anyone? CTI or Telephony or MCIM or Apropos or Syntellect

I have recently started to evaluate telephony integration with JDE EnterpriseOne. It sounds like CTI is no longer used for telephony integration. I have discovered that the current direction with telephony and JDE is to use Oracle/JDE Multi - Channel Interaction Manager (MCIM or also known commercially as Apropo).

I have read a great deal of documentation on this product and it looks very interesting and very promising.

So, anyone have any experience with MCIM / Apropos? Strengths / weaknesses?
