All tasks corrupt after upgrade from 8.9 to 8.12

All,

We have upgraded DV (in a sandbox, not our live DV, thank God) from 8.9 to 8.12. We have an issue where every time we try to change a task the roles that can see the task, we get a pop up that says the Task ID is corrupt, and there is a button to push to delete the task. The tasks work fine, if we run the applications or UBEs associated with them... This only happens when we try to alter a task...

Has anyone had this issue?

After further troubleshooting and review, I found that there was only 1 corrupt task, however, the error was reported no matter which task was selected, I just happened to notice while troubleshooting that the same task was reported in the error each time. I deleted the offending task, and everything is fixed now.

This holds true for task view sequence also which we did encounter while promoting task from PY to PD... i believe if you have problems on menu tasks its more likely attributed to orphaned records in control table F9000...
