Server package build problem.

Hi!
I have a following situation:
- on deployment server I login into PD environment
- prepared package build for server and pressed "Submit Build";
- after creation and preparing files by JDE in package directory (e810\PD810\Package\PD810FB) build finished without any logs(SrvPkgBuild.log), only ClientPkgBuild.log present;
- one resulting pdf opened with message that client package wasn't selected.
So, I checked jde.log(local and on server) and jdedebug.log and there following messages present:

As I understood Enterprise Server on some step couldn't authorize user, that I used to login in JDE, correct?
After several attempts, I tried to run build from my local computer with my login in JDE and it works.
Why is it happened and how can I fix it?
As I know, there are no any changes was made.

As I understood system user can't get some authorization information on Security server.
