User kicked out of SO entry

Hi,

After LIVE for more than 8 months, two of the users are quite often kicked out during the SO entry.
The screen just closed without prompting any error messages.

This doesn't happen to all other users.

Has anyone experienced before?
Appreciate for any help.

System: E810.

Seen similar with either Yahoo/Google toolbars and/or Firefox.

You Mileage may be different. Whenever I validate that the users are using
IE (6.something) and no toolbars - the issues stop happening.
