Credit Limit Approval - Error

Dear all,
We activate CredLimit in process master and fill credit limit amount & Credit Manager in Customer Master information.
it's pop up a message that request has pending and waiting for approval.
Usually in Work Center, in folder credit management we can find a message for approval. But now, it did not happen.

When I see in Process Activity monitor, it's status "Start - Completed" and "Error" on Approve
What could be possibly wrong ?

I'd try to run batch program to delete all message (R98860P) and test again, but it did not change.
Alse, Deactivate CREDLIMIT, Log out, Login and Activate Credlimit again, but still did not change. Still error.

We also try to make new customer, and create new Credit Manager (01/CR).

I am having the same exact issue. It worked 3 weeks ago and now we have this problem.

Have you resolved the issue? What did you do to resolve it?
