JDE screens freeze and jobs stop processing

Hi
In my setup last 3 days eveyday morning 6 am all the users screens freeze and jobs stop processing.Then we restart the services and it works fine.Looks like kernal processes and jdenret processes are getting hanged.JDE logs doesnt show anything.
We are on SP22_V1 and oneworld xe and enterprise server sun solaris with Oracle database and we are on citrix metaframe 1.0 farm of 10 servers with approx 400 users.
Any idea what can be the issue?

Neo - sounds like a database issue. Check to see if there is a scheduled backup at 6 am. Could be a server, database, san, or something else that is causing the database to lock up.
 
Thanks.But the databse server dosnt show any problems during this period and this issue continues for 1-2 hrs till we restart the services and terminate some jobs which are not processed for long time.can it be a schedualr job or any bad job?
 
Have you tried to IPL the boxes and see what happens. The other thing you
may want to check is how many prestart jobs you actually run vs what is in your
JDE.INI.

Did you try to restart the Oracle Listener?
I would recommend to restart JDE services every night and to restart the oracle database once a week.
If this doesn't help you should verify your solaris system values.
