8.12 on 2003 Server WebSphere Cluster ?

Hi !

Anyone out there running 8.12 on a 2003 Web Server Cluster (with WebSphere) ? I think I know how to set up a 2003 IIS Web Server Cluster, but fail to find any feedback on doing the same thing (creating a Cluster for 'Load Balance' and 'Fail Over') running WebSphere as the Web Server.
I appreciate any feedback.
