Losing citrix sessions

I am having a very wierd problem with sessions disappearing when running JDE.

What is happening the user logs into JDE via Citrix and opens up three applications. They all appear to run correctly but if the user clicks on show desktop either all the applications disappear or just one will be showing.

This happens to all users and all environments. It does not matter which Citrix box they are on.

I have checked all the JDE logs but no errors.

The Windows group also cannot see any errors or issues.

We have not been able to recreate at the home office.


Has anyone ever seen this before and if so do you have any idea how to fix this.
