Client Web Cache problems

Oracle Application Server 10g R2 and EnterpriseOne 8.11 (8.96 1.1) with IE6 (latest SP).
Tasks/Menus/Applications do not display or if they do, take an extreemly long time to display. A corruption seems to occur to the local client's web cache which, when cleared, resolves the problem.
The issue is occurring randomly through normal operations (at least once for every user every second week) and specifically when a user accesses a different Web Server or an update to the web server occurs. We have three to four hundred web client users and this issue is causing a headache. Has anyone else had this issue and does anyone know a solution?

I have E1 8.11 on AIX 5.3 with Oracle 10G and Websphere 6.02
our tools version is 8.94 and we using IE6.
on the webclient, the CPU increase to 100 % during a long time. And it's very very slow ....
Do you have resolved your issue ?

We are also running 8.11 SP1_J1, Tools 8.95, Websphere 5.0 and experiencing the same issues. Menus, applications could take as long as 2 minutes to open via the Web Client. Has anyone resolved this, or do you have suggestions on specific configuration items to tune?
Any help would be appreciated.
