Sizing Survey

I have been searching the Customer Connection site and can not seem to find the survey that you can send in for sizing and recommendations. Does anyone have a link to where I can get the survey or have a copy of the survey?

Hi,

As far as I know, you have to contact your hardware vendor
and ask for the sizing survey forms.
You'll fill them up and then send back to your vendor.
A few days later, it will provide you a list of
hardware specs for servers and workstations.
