'What's This?' or F1 Key on Citrix

\'What\'s This?\' or F1 Key on Citrix

I had a user contact me today saying that when they hit the F1 key to bring up a field description, that the description pops up but then disappears before they can read it. I never noticed this before and apparently neither has anyone else.

Does anyone here have this same quirk?

We have seen this at one of our clients - I am unfortunately not a
technical person however the problem is with the version of Citrix that
is loaded on that client. Reverting to an older version of Citrix
stopped the problem from happening. I am not sure of the Citrix version
but I think it may be version 9.2. Good Luck.

or install the latest citrix client. Try the latest (10.1) - it should fix the issue. But it is definitely a citrix issue.

Thanks for the advice. I upgraded my client to 10.1 and it fixed the problem.

Incidently for anyone else that finds this problem, our client version was 9.2.
