Workflow not working on DEMO 811

Hi,
I've been trying to enter expenses thru the Expense Entry screen (P09E2011). I'm able to enter them but they never get to the next status. After investigation, it seems related with the fact that the workflow EXPROUTING is not working.
Does anybody happen to know if workflow is working on the DEMO for 811?
