How to remove records frm P40040?

My itchy fingers were trying to setup a new document type for sales order, but somehow the inventory didnt drop at confirm shipment P4205, till i run sales update R42800. I sniffed around and found P40040 to setup the new order type and yippee! Inventory drops at confirm shipment but there shd some other place to setup my new order type, because i cant find any of the existing ones setup here. Now i am wondering how to remove my new order type frm P40040? And where else shd i setup the new order type to drop inventory at confirm ship?

Any tips would be great, thanks. This is for Xe, service pack 20, running on Oracle db.

Not sure about P40040. But to relieve inventory at Ship confirmation that new order type has to be in UDC 40/IU.
