I have seen many references to different document distribution and management solutions on these forums, but have not seen any reference to the Esker Document Delivery platform.
We continue to come across Esker at user conferences and the like.
I was wondering if anybody has any experience with their tool set. In paricular, any comments on the following would be much appreciated:
- effectiveness of the OCR engine for inbound doocuments
- the JDE interoperability (if any)
- type of documents that flow through Esker (both inboundd and outbound)
- ease of configuration
- ease of use
- other solutions with comparative functionality
