Clean up Environment error

Hi there,

We are getting the error in P4310 aplic, and it shows: Comunication with Sever failed, Cleaning Up Environment.
Then the user can't enter any order.
We have OW vers Xe sp22, and AS/400 as enterprise server iseries, users ara running on Citrix Server.

We are running STRTCPSVR SERVER(*EDRSQL) from AS/400 as a temporary fix.
I've attached the error screen shot
