The Security Server is down or cannot be reached.

When I log in the JDE URL, I came across this error. Does anyone have this issue before?

My Enterprise Server is the same as Security Server. Also, I changed the JDE.INI in Enterprise Server to automatically start Security Server.

Check whether security kernel is running on the enterprise server. Run porttest on the enterprise server to make sure it works fine.

If everything is fine, check your jas.ini for correct security server name is included in that.

I changed the Security Server Port to JDENET's port in jas.ini. However, the new sign in error returns:
An unknown JAS sign in error occurred.

Can anybody throw some light on this?
