View PDF help

Hi All,

We have recently added a UBE server (Windows) and when we try to view pdf we get a message "Connecting to APPSVR01" but pdf never comes up. On the jde.log we have a message that says:

11100/6252 WRK:Starting jdeCallObject Wed Jun 20 18:01:10.432001 Netflow.c1616
waitForResponse WaitForSingleObject 00000860 timed out, msg 16 was on the queue

11100/6252 WRK:Starting jdeCallObject Wed Jun 20 18:03:02.070001 Jdeknube.c3665
JDENET_ReceiveMsg failed

Sometimes PDF comes up but sometimes it does not. Not really reliable. Any help is appreciated.

Are the PDF's you are trying to view rather large? Compare the jde.ini's from both servers and look carefully at the timeouts.
 
Thanks for your reply. I checked the app server and the ethernet card was not set to full duplex. I changed it to full duplex, bounced the services and it is working fine now.
