DSI dclink interface product Comm timeouts

Hi,

This is Mehul are we are using DSI dclink 4.1.3 interface product along with JD Edwards One World Xe to print labels.

Recently we are facing Comm timeout issues with the handheld scanning devices ( Symbol 8146 , 9090) used to perform the transactions.
This is affecting the business performance..

Can anybody provide me the following information :
1. Where do we trace the Commtimeout messages reported by the handheld devices.
2. Once the log is found , how do we find the reason for this error message to occur..e.g. network failure, database error, Jd Edwards database down.

What print software are you using to communicate with DSI?
EX My old shop ran DSI 4.1 on 8.10 and we use loftware as the print software commuincated. When we got the time out it was because the setting in the loftware software was off and the error table was full as well.
 
We are using Loftware print application with Tranprint for printing labels.
