R42800 - Sales Update fails after the implementation of service pack

On sunday I applied the service pack 8.96.1.1 and everything seems to be running ok except the sales update R42800. R42800 fails with 'CAC0001065 - (jdeCacheSetIndex) Attempt to set cache index ID failed. Invalid cache or cursor'. We tried to resubmit couple of times and again ended up with the same error.

Anyone have any thoughts.

Our enterprise server is Sun solaris with 8.11.

Do You have already installed Oracle patch set for index
descending issue (5502226 patch for win platform)?
