MAIL MERGE

We are trying to setup Web Mail merge process. All the setup was done, it recognizes the path, gendoc file works giving out the temporary document and everything looks good but when we click on EDIT TEMPLATE DOCUMENT for editing it gives an error saying Automation Server can't create object.
Any help/info would be much appreciated
