runubexml not found.. where is it?

Hello,
I want doing a JDE transaction in batch mode and i see that there are an utility "runubexml" that do this.
But i not found runubexml in any folder..
I work with JDE EntrepriseOne 8.10 release 3..

You can say me where is runubexml utility
