PICK LIST SUBSYSTEM (HOW TO START IT?)

Hi List,

We are on E810, with as/400 database. We are trying to start the Subsystem so we can submit pick list (R42520) through P4210.

here's what we did so far:

1) Change JDE.INI

maxNumberOfProcesses = 1
numberOf AutoStartProcesses = 1

2) Restart the services

3) Make sure the version(S) we are using has 'Subsystem Version'' flag at on on Report properties(For R42520 Versions)

4) submit specs on server

5) Update package of our versions.

6) Make sure P4210 at the correct processing options.

Still, we see the R42520 always with waiting mode in our subsystem, not processing. If I use P49421, in order to submit R4942Z1I, the job is running, confirming that our subsystem is working.

I can't figure it out what we are missing. Any clues will be welcome for those who are using the subsystem for Pick Slips.

I dont know pick list.
Is this application use tax rate? Like vertex payroll? checking dB path may help.

Did you set the subsystem kernel in the JDE.INI file?
