Change Accounting period date

When we change the Accounting period date at month-end, users are still able to enter data in the just closed month on their web clients. We tried clearing cache to no effect. The only solution we had was to bounce services on each of the web servers. Accounting must be able to change the period date during work hours and we want to avoid having to kick everyone off of the system while we bounce services. Anyone have a better idea?

PROBLEM:
We perform the global close moving the period from the current month to the next month. However, AP users on the Web can still access and process vouchers to the "closed" period. When users log in the following day, the period is closed. Therefore, we would like to make the F0010 table non-cached.

RESOLUTION:
Go to the P98613 program, search for the F0010 table, and delete it. This will make it non-caching. However, please be aware that performance will be slower when accessing company information. You may wish to test in a test environment first to see how big of a performance hit that will be for you.

We have done this to avoid users being able to enter to a closed period.
