Table caching in 8.11.SP1

Hi,

I've been asked to cache the inclusion rules (F34004) to shave a few seconds off an application. I've never used the P98613 before and wondered when the changes would take place. It's been noted that for Citrix you have to recycle Terminal Services to pick up a change. But we're using the web server. So how does the web server use this table? When would the changes take effect?

My understanding is that, if you are using the Web, then you need all users logged out and you need to re-start the instance of EnterpriseOne in Websphere for the cache changes to take effect .
