Web server in 8.12 fat client runs depending on the windows login credentials

Hi,
The web server of 8.12 fat client runs only for the user who has installed it, it takes the windows login credentials for working. When others log in windows and use it, it throws 'Web server cannot start' and 'Could not find web server'.

Please help with ur ideas....
