Give a call to Customer Care, they should sort it out for you.
Thank you.

Hi,

we received this e-mail on Tuesday. I beleive we now receive these e-mails because our company have signed up as a recognised partenr with Oracle and we now have logins to both the Oracle Partner Network (OPN) and Oracle Technology Network (OTN) although you can be an OTN member without being an OPN member.

The other way to find these is to go to customer connection and then follow the menu path to Support.

Once on the support page look to the right and there are 2 links (probably understated ones). One for PeopleSoft Security and the other for Escalation Process.

Follow the PSFT Security one (do not forget JDE was once PSFT......).

Here is the list of alerts. Follow the JDE01 link.

Metalink note 290738.1 has the details - to quote -

Do I need to sign up for this process?

If you are already subscribed to MetaLink, no action is required. If you are a customer with an active support contract for their Oracle licenses but are not yet registered for MetaLink support, you can register for access today.

Customers who do not have an active support contract will not have access to the patches. Please contact your account representative if you are interested in setting up an active support contract, or have additional support questions.

Hope that helps.
