8.95 O1 Full Egen issue with processing options

We have upgraded to 8.95 O1 and had issues with egening ever since. Our egen server is setup correctly and uses JDK 1.3.1_20, when we do a full egen some of the reports processing options are not available, in this case we then do an update egen of the individual report and the processing options then work.
Sometime only 2 or 3 reports wont have their processing options, other times its a few more, some always work though.
This seems to be a weird random issue, that does not affect the same reports every time.
Any ideas?

We have had something similar with Data Selection. We actually had to create new version for the data selection changes to take place. We are on 8.96 H1. There is a SAR for us, SAR 8247956.
