Connection Issue since 8.95 O1 install

Since upgrading our 8.11 SP0 system to 8.95 O1 tools set heavy use users are getting the following error message:-

Internet Explorer cannot open Internet site http://10.99.16.56:73/jde/E!Menu.maf.

Operation aborted.

Anyone had the same issue and been able to resolve, we have it up @ Denver with development but it's all gone a bit quiet. See attachment.

Have you got any firewall or security settings on your
Web clients that would impede them to reach that address
and port?

Have you tried using "1" instead of the "!" in the URL? ;-)

Typo, see screenshot has a '1'

We have tried turning all firewall and virus checking software off on client, what I didn't mention in original post is this error is somewhat infrequent, user can be booking in 20 works orders and it will only happen once.
