ott-00-0047 - format a report for export to csv

Can someone sent me this document? When I try to retrieve it from solution 200783480 it says page not found. This seems to happen with most of the documents tied to solutions. Does anyone know of a trick to get these documents off the customer connection. Would I have better luck going to the Oracle web site instead of the peoplesoft one? Any help would be appreciated.

Check your browser settings.
I suppose, the pop-up windows are disabled. Enable it for peoplesoft site.

Thanks for the attachment. I put in a call to Oracle and they sent it too.

I switched my browser (from IE to Mozilla) and can now open the documents.
