DST and C runtime libraries

Anyone aware of this patch (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/932590)
that came out yesterday and what impact this would have for JDE. We are trying to research what the impact is and if we should try to force the patch out to everything before Sunday at 2 AM. Thanks.

For anyone who was curious. It does not affect JDE. However it does affect the use of the TZ variable in calculating local time in C.
