Moving promoting interactive versions to prod.

We are having trouble promoting interactive versions to production. JDE
says to promote the interactive program to production and the version will
automatically go with it, but this is not case. Does anyone have any
ideas?!!! Help

Do you have a correct entry for APPLVER Object Type for the From/To Project status promotion?
Check the following:
* From Status (e.g. 21)
* To Status (e.g. 26)
* Active status (e.g. 1)
* User (e.g. *PUBLIC)
* From and To location (e.g. DV7333, PY7333)
* From and To release (e.g. B7333)
* Allowed Action (e.g. 03)
