JDE Service stopped !

We have 4 terminal server(Citrix) and AS/400 DB.
After we set the 4th terminal this issue occurred:
AS/400:the NETWORK service under JDEB9 disappeared.
Log: TCP/IP connection to remote system 100.100.1.11 closed
(the 4th Terminal's IP address) Reason Code 2(sometimes 3)

Sometimes the terminal server should restart at the same time.

Anyone help!!!

Check your Ethernet line configuration. Does this happen only when the terminal server is connected? or does this happen will any other connection is made?
