Q Software Exports or API ?

Does Q Software allow SOD violations / rules to be exported via TXT file from JDE so that additional analysis / reporting can be done? Example: I would like to review potential violations based on looking at an extract of Q Software data rather than a real-time review. Or is there an API that can be called directly?
