Cyrillic print problem

Hi!
I have a problem with rpinting on Canon iR3300.
If print report from Acrobat with cyrillic symbols, then report is OK.
When I try to print immediately from JDE, cyrillic symbols are incorrectly displayed. Any manipulations with printer setup did't get positive results.
Maybe someone know how to defeat this problem.
