NER is not WEB Generating.

Hello all,
I am working on 8.11 with JAS server 5.0,Actually when I am WEB Generating the NER it is giving error as shown below :

ERROR MESSAGE from generror log :

[ 2006-09-25 20:47:17.523 ] NER F0902GetYTD: Fetching NER header failed
[ 2006-09-25 20:47:17.523 ] Could not generate NER: F0902GetYTD.

h file is there as well as i had build the NER locally again.
Any suggestion...Thanks in advance

What happens when you build it locally. ask devloper to build it locally, check the ANSI ? Can you send complete log
