E811SP1 Data Selection Not Working

Hi,

We have an issue whereby when we print Invoice(R42565), sometimes it does a global update instead of following the selection criteria in the Data Selection.

This is happening intermittently and doesn't show up in the JAS logs(we didn't turn on JASdebug logging as it's intermittent).

Is anybody facing the same issue in E811SP1? We're on 8.95.F1.

could be your bandwidth

Thanks for the reply George. Bandwidth should be ok as user's not complaining on the speed and we're on leased line.

It is not only happening to specific UBEs or users, as it happenened to another report as well - R42620 Print Pick List.

We have created a single threaded queue and assigned the problematic reports to it. Still monitoring it. Anybody with the same issue?
