Opening large log files on HTML 8.12 TR 8.96 B1

We are experiencing this issue with out HTML clients, if we have say a 1MB UBE log file if you go to the UBE on the WEB and do view logs, the log file does not open up, it just flashes a window then it disappears. If I go to a DEV client I have no issues opening the log file.

I have searched the KG and found nothing...has anyone experience this?

Try Control Clicking on the radio button to open the log... I have had this problem and that was the solution. If that does not work repost a response saying it didn't work and I can get the answer for you. we have that problem all the time. I do know the answer is a simple one.
