Tools Release recomendation

We need to get a new tools release soon to address a few issues. We are currently using Tools 8.95H1 on E811 SP1, Windows foundation.

The latest releases are: 8.95O1 and 8.96C1. I am apprehensive to go to 8.96 because I do not have a foundation to test it on. Any suggestions?

I'm on 8.96_B1 and it has been the most stable tools I've been on so far... and this is my 6th tools install since last Oct.
