Windows 2000 SP4

Sorry to post this question but I am having account issues on Oracle's site and I need some quick info.

I am running OneWorld Xe Update 5 SP21_E1 on Windows 2000 SP3. We need to update our Citrix servers and deployment server to SP4 but I am worried about MDAC's and my foundation level.

Does SP21_E1 support Windows 2000 SP4?
