Generate Public Version radio button disabled

Hi, since few days we've got a problem deploying applications to the web environment.
Usually when we call the web objects generator, we activate the Generate Public Version option, but as of few days, this radio button it's disabled.
I'm assuming that somenthing in the configuration files went wrong.
Could anyone help me on this?

Finally, we solved it adding a "WebAdmin=1" line to the JDE.INI of the machine.
