Sales Configurator - XPI/ERP8 adapter integration

I am attempting to create a configured sales order thru' the ERP8 adapter without sucess.
What business functions need to be called to create a configured order ?

Has anyone done this before ?
Is there any Z/EDI process that I can use for this purpose.

Only one suggestion: try to do this operation from a Fat client activating jdedebug. From jdedebug.log you'll understand which Business Function and parameters are used.
