Default Deny security template

We're applying security to a new install, and were wondering if anyone has a template for 'Default Deny' security. We're interested in knowing if anyone has created a minimum set of applications required to be allowed for *PUBLIC - before applying default deny security.

We've created a working list, but would be interested to find out if we've missed anything obvious.

Currently working with Windows 2003, 8.12, 8.96_C1, SQLServer

Attached are the objects that I have in my list that are required for all users. This of course does not cover DEV or CNC/SEC. Hope this helps. I'm sure there are a few more but this should get you started.
