RUNUBE on As400 updates tables with PSFT user

Hi, We upgraded our Tools patch from 8.93 to 8.95.F1. We now noticed an issue where jobs scheduled on as400 using RUNUBE are updating the userid in the tables with PSFT user and not the user with which the job is scheduled. Example if the RUNUBE command is scheduled with Joel the table has it as PSFT. If the same job is submitted via E1 it will have the correct user.
Anyone faced this issue or any suggestions
