JDE CLIENT IN WINXP SLOW WHILE REPORT GENERATION

Hi list,

JDE is slow when generating report. Why is this so? Any solutions?

I've already turned off the System Restore & have set the Visual effects to best performance which has improved JDE performance. But still the Report Generation is Slow.

JDE Client in WINXP

JDE(5.1) SERVER in Unix

JDE Version?
Database size?
New install or reports used to work faster?

JDE Version is : ERP 8.0, Service Pack 22.

Database: Oracle 8i. Size : 100 GB

Reports always run slow.
